主要材料 (Main Ingredients):
- 桃仁 (Peach Kernel) 5g
- 黑豆 (Black Bean) 50g
- 玉竹 (Polygonatum Odoratum) 20g
- 红棗 (Red Date) 15g
- 黃精 (Polygonatum sibiricum) 20g
- 桑葚 (Mulberry) 20g
- 枸杞 (Goji Berry) 15g
- 蓮子 (Lotus Seed) 20g
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add lean meat or pork rib (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock pot, (add 4-5 slices of ginger, not included), add 1.5 liter of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour, season with salt.
